Asthma Program

The Asthma Program is an educational program that includes a monthly newsletter, educational information about Asthma, and many useful items that can improve the participant's knowledge and compliance in conjunction with the care from a primary care provider. In addition, participants receive regular individual phone support from an RN Disease Manager to assist with compliance in self-care measures, medication adherence, and reinforcement of physician treatment plans.
