With Welborn Health Plans HMO, members choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from our extensive network of participating physicians. By developing and maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician, employees will receive care from someone they know and trust. With HMO coverage, there are no claim forms to complete, plans available with minimal out-of-pocket expense, and a variety of no-deductible plans (ranging from zero and up).
