Welborn Health Plans (WHP) offers a participating "National" Provider Network though MultiPlan, Inc. (PPO). Please click on the link to search for MultiPlan and / or PHCS participating doctors and facilities.

• Click on "Find a Doctor or Facility" at the top right corner of the main page.
• Select the correct MultiPlan and / or PHCS logo (that is shown on the back of your Member ID Card).
• Then, simply choose to search for a "Healthcare Facility" or a "Healthcare Practitioner" to find someone in your area of interest.

Vision benefit coverage with WHP is provided though Vision Service Plan (VSP). Please click on the link to search for VSP participating doctors and facilities.

WHP provides Prescription benefit coverage locally and nationally though MedImpact, Inc. Please click on the link to search for a full listing of MedImpact national pharmacy locations.
