Welborn Health Plans (WHP) values the participation of providers in our network.  The purpose of WHP is to provide the highest quality medical services in the most cost-effective manner through an organized system of primary care and specialty providers.  All participating providers are asked to cooperate with WHP policies, procedures, and guidelines that pertain to all lines of business.  WHP strives to maintain excellent relationships with network providers and encourages you to discuss any questions or concerns.
